We start with a short check-in on how you're doing and what you want to achieve, then work side by side - focused and accountable - for the rest of the session.
It's like a body doubling session, a power hour, or an accountability call. You love running your own business and the freedom that comes with working from anywhere - but sometimes you do miss the office banter, or a work bestie to bounce ideas off. We hop on a video call together. The first few minutes are a quick check-in - how you're doing, what's on your plate, and what you want to have done by the end. Then we both work side by side for the rest of the time - you on your thing, me on mine. At the end, we can use a few minutes to check-in, regroup: how'd it go, what's next.
That's it - simple, focused, no fluff.

Cameras on, yes - that quiet sense of "someone else is here too" is a big part of what makes body doubling work. Mics stay on for the check-in and regroup at the start and end, then we both go on mute while we work, so there's no background noise pulling focus from either of us.

That's completely fine - we'll figure it out together in the first few minutes of the session. Sometimes just naming the task out loud is the hardest part, and that's exactly what the check-in is for.

Both work. Some people book once when they need a push on something specific; others book weekly or fortnightly as a standing accountability habit. There's no subscription or commitment - just book whenever suits you. Get in touch if you would like to set this up as a regular standing appointment.

You're welcome to reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as this time has been set aside exclusively for you. Refunds and rescheduling requests can be arranged by contacting me directly.
