Booking Terms of The Co-Worker

• Each Co-Worker session is booked and paid for individually - there's no subscription or recurring charge. Book as often (or as rarely) as suits you.

• Prices are listed in NZD and include GST (GST number: 142-483-475).

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, as this time has been set aside exclusively for you.

• Refunds and rescheduling requests can be arranged by contacting me directly.

• Sessions are focused work/accountability time and are not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or mental health support.

• You're responsible for your own tasks, device, software, and internet connection during the session.

• What's discussed during a session is kept confidential, other than what's needed to run the business (e.g. payment records).

• Virtual Tash Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its discretion (e.g. inappropriate conduct), with a full refund provided in that case.

• These terms, including pricing, are subject to change at the discretion of Virtual Tash Ltd. The terms in place at the time of booking apply to that booking.

• These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
